Doing anything to the outside of your home? Even if you're not sure whether it needs approval — just ask. Associa and the board are incredibly friendly and always happy to help.
Common examples include landscaping changes, fences, exterior paint, patios, playsets, driveways, and additions — but when in doubt, reach out before you start.
Neighbors should be informed — they may be affected by noise, foot traffic, and long-term changes to view or drainage. The ARC form is typically forwarded for acknowledgement signatures before Board review.
The HOA and property management work together to resolve issues and maintain community standards. Contact Associa for curb appeal concerns and the Board for rule clarification.
